Air Express Heating and Air Conditioning

Scheduled with Air Express for a furnace cleaning. I got a text ahead of time that a tech was on their way (with a picture for ID so I knew who was coming). Laron showed up at the beginning of my scheduled appointment window, and was very polite. He was quick, efficient, and honest with me about the condition of my unit (was working properly and in good shape!). Really pleased with the service I received and will be keeping their number for future calls!

I had to have my 15 year old HVAC replaced. I have a home warranty which covered most of the cost. Heather was very responsive to my questions regarding the new unit not working correctly. Craig H. Came out and diagnosed the issue and solved it in 10 minutes. He is very knowledgeable and has great customer service. Extremely nice and polite. Highly recommend this company

Air Express Heating and Air Conditioning exceeded our expectations. After being without heat for three weeks, Greg and Laron diagnosed and fixed a complicated problem in under an hour. They were extremely knowledgeable, worked efficiently, and took the time to show me exactly why the system hadn’t been functioning. Within less than an hour, our system was operational again. Their professionalism, expertise, and clear communication made a stressful situation much easier. If we have any future heating or air conditioning issues, Air Express will be our first and only call. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Air express did an excellent job and made sure the system was working perfect. Had to take apart some closet organizers to access to unit and even put it all back together and cleaned up before they left which was much appreciated! Would recommend them to anyone.
