We purchased a Stoll Industries custom-built fireplace door from Bart Fireside and had them install it. The "before" & "after" pictures are attached. We found their prices to be competitive and the product quality is top notch. Hannah, our sales person, was friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. Blair & Al installed the door and their workmanship was excellent. Our sincere thanks to all of you. A+ 5 Stars!

I’m writing this review as we leave the parking lot. Tracy provided exceptional service. We were helped as soon as we walked in. Tracy listened to what we were trying to do with replacing our gas fireplace with an electric fireplace. She offered an alternative option that we had not considered that is going to save us a lot of money. We really appreciated her expertise.

Went to this location to purchase a product, not shop. The staff was not friendly, and acted as if I was inconveniencing them. The answers to my questions were short and uninformative. When I asked if they wanted to sell the item that I was looking for, I was told that I could buy it from Amazon. (Turns out, Amazon at least has the items they are trying to sell in stock.) As a business owner, I would never have an employee represent my business in such a manner. On another note, Tim at Tim's Gas Depot was extremely helpful and welcomed my money.

Tracy was amazingly helpful! I would give 10 🌟 if possible. I called with an existing fireplace issue and unfortunately they were unable to service it because the unit was not purchased from them, but asked my issues and gave me some great advice that immediately corrected my problem with my unit and it's now working stronger then ever and my home is nice, warm and cozy 😀!!!!!! Thank you so much Tracy!
