Repeatedly told me to call “Rick’s Well Services” instead and didn’t want my business. I have three small kids and without water for a week and he refuses to come out to help. Canceled multiple appointments we had scheduled and then “ went on vacation for a week”.

I hired Matt from Barnett Pump Service in Walsenburg, CO. to plumb a few cisterns, run a water line into a house and hook up both a pump and a pressure tank. Communication was easy, the cost was very reasonable, he arrived to perform the work as scheduled and the quality thereof was top notch. Also, Matt is an honest and fun guy! I definitely recommend giving him a call if you need any work done.

We had a knocking sound on the inside pressure tank system. We called Barnett Pump Service and they were able to get to us within a few days. Matt and his wife Francis came out and serviced our unit together. My wife liked that they came out together as a team because that is a comforting thought to single women. They were able to diagnose the problem and get it resolved in a few hours. Turns out it was a check valve that went bad. Don’t know how old our system is but fortunately Matt was able to make a new check valve (which was not exactly the same) work on our system. Matt shared some good information about a well system and kept me informed on what he was doing to the system. Matt and Francis were very efficient and their price beat another company by a lot. We didn’t know who to call here in Westcliffe but we made the right choice and we will know next time who to rely on. We highly recommend Barnett Pump Service. Thank you Matt and Francis for your excellent service. We will definitely call you again!

I now know why Barnett Pump Service has a great reputation. Matt took my call on a Friday afternoon even though he was booked with other clients. Our pump wasn't working and he arrived within 30 minutes!! Amazing service. Not only did he troubleshoot and repair the system Matt was a pro. He knows his trade and provided top customer service. Not only was he willing to educate, he made excellent recommendations to protect my pump and I will be doing business with him in the future. Earned a new customer and I will recommend to all I know. Thanks Matt and Barnett Pump!
