Banks appliance refurbishes everything to make it practically new. So when you buy a piece you have the assuredness of knowing that it would work and work well. All things come with a 90-day warranty. You can do a lot worse at other places because they may not have the knowledge to fix things the way they do

No matter the problem, they have always been 100% responsive, professional, always fix my problem and at reasonable prices I am usually prompted to complete service related surveys but never from Banks. Best appliance store in the Upstate BAR NONE!!! Always have parts I need, plus I bought a used refrigerator in excellent shape that runs great. Scott and crew is the example for how all small business should be run, friendly, knowledgeable, and EXCELLENT service!!! Customer for life here!!!!!
