Atlas Appliance Repair

Update!! John was out of town for holidays, and called me back. He understood our issues and refunded half my money. Thank you John for responding and understanding my frustration. John came over 3times, told us washer could be fixed and $700 later, washer still wasn't fixed. I asked for a refund of the new items he added to my washer since I had to buy a new one and he ghosted us. If he couldn't fix it, tell us. No problem then. Very disappointed.

Thanks to other Google reviews and based on distance, I reached out to John and I am so glad I did. First, John responded quickly and made appointment a week after. He is pleasant, knowledgeable, and his rates were very reasonable. We scheduled for 2 known issues, one with dryer and the other with oven. He came to the first appointment in time, fixed the dryer and the oven issues, and I forgot that we had an issue with the stove. He couldn't repair it, but took videos of the issues and rescheduled for the following week. His second visit was also on time, corrected the issue and charged us what was quoted. Big shout to Atlas Appliance! Jon does excellent work. We had an issue with a Maytag washer leaking and he got it fixed quickly and affordably. We also have an older Jenn Air stove top that had a couple eyes that were out and through some trial and error, was able to get that fixed as well for a fraction of what a new stove top over would cost.
