Baltimore's Best Shoe Repair & Keys

Very Rude! This is not the original owner of the shop. He requested me to prepay. I waited for 2 weeks and had to call for my shoes. He also was rude when I called. The shoes looked like nothing was done. Shoes were still dirty. Plus he declined repairing another pair going as far as telling me to buy black shoes because he did not have brown polish. I went to the shop off of Broadway and he repaired those shoes within a week for half this dude's price.

All you had to do was tell me the repair wasnt worth it or it wasnt going to hold. Why take the shoe apart, knowing it wasnt going to hold and not say anything. I should have known I was in for bad service when I stood at the front for a few minutes waiting for dude to acknowledge my presence. I saw someone else make a similar review about their tennis shoes.. Welp, RIP to my sneakers.
