Bad Apple - South Jordan

I wanted to really love the repair I got but it oseems it causes problem after problem with my phone. I took my phone in because it had a hard time charging. They ordered a charge port and the next week I brought it in for repair. I was told the repair went great and no other issues were seen. After the charge port repair my phone would loose service about every hour for 2-5 mins. I took it back o next day to figure out what was going on and was told to bring it in the following day and they would replace the port again as that has to do with service. I brought it in again and the port was replaced a second time but when I picked it up they said it couldn't seal the back and it must be the battery, even though after the first repair they said the battery looked OK. So I left with the back of my phone not sealed which felt confusing since that allows it to be easily exposed to water and dust. 2 days later i went back in as I didn't feel having the back open was OK so they said they would reseal it. It stayed sealed for a bit but now is fully popping open. I don't want to replace the battery and have yet more problems arise, especially when the battery wasn't an issue in the beginning and I dont know that I feel confident that replacing the battery will solve all issues
