We remodeled our home and added new windows, which changed the exterior stucco design. We needed our stucco repaired. We also added some trim to existing windows to match the new windows. BH Exterior and Design responded promptly to our inquiry, even though we were a smaller job. We would absolutely use them again. If you have work that you need or want to be done on your home, call these folks. You will receive a fair quote and quality workmanship from a group of trustworthy workers and owners.

We chose BH Exterior somewhat by chance to handle our complete exterior remodel in the Holladay area and we couldn’t be happier that we did. Their team tackled everything — moving a wall in our carport and adding a new door, installing a new window at the back of the house, replacing several others, removing all of our old siding, and transforming the exterior with board-and-batten. They also replaced the fascia, and my absolute favorite details is the cedar soffits, cedar patio and copper gutters, which completely elevated the look of our home! From start to finish, Spencer was an absolute pleasure to work with — patient, responsive, and... We bought an older home in Highland Utah a few years back and always wanted to update the exterior. When out front porch post began leaking into our storage room, we knew it was time. I got a bed from a contractor someone had referred me to who also had exterior work done and also got a bid from BH Exteriors, who I found online and called because of their good reviews. The first contractor Seemed to be adding on all sorts of extra costs willy-nilly and his bed ended up being twice as much as Mike’s at BH Exteriors. The first contractor also was not knowledgeable about fixing our porch post leaking problem. Mike committed to finding a good sol... The first contractor also was not knowledgeable about fixing our porch post leaking problem. Mike committed to finding a good solution to remedy the poor construction, the original builder had done. He was very knowledgeable, seemed to care more about our home and doing things right, so I hired him and his team. They showed up exactly on the day. They said they would start and had the demolition of the river rock siding and leaking porch post done expertly, without damaging surrounding stucco, soffits, or siding in a short amount of time. Throughout the whole project, Mike kept up great communication and was very timely with the completion of the whole project, even though I added on additional painting of exterior doors as well. The board and batten fiber cement board we replaced the river rock with gives the house an updated look, and was installed with care. We would recommend Mike and his team at BH Exteriors to anyone and everyone needing work done on their home. I’ve included some before, during, and after photos

Recently completed a full house stucco repair with BH exteriors. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Working with Mike and his crew was fantastic. Everything from communication, workmanship, scheduling to timely completion exceeded my expectations.
