B-Sew Inn

My experience is with B Sew Inn's Commercial Division, now in Muskogee. I am the ecstatic owner of a "Happy" Commercial 15 needle Embroidery Machine purchased through them from Jon Dollar. Awesome machine, Awesome man to work with. Thrilled with my purchase. But I do wish they'd get that website up and going! ( hint hint! 😁) Just adding to my review. We survived 2020 and I still LOVE my Happy HCD2 15 needle embroidery machine! Jon Dollar is still my go- to- guy for any supplies, information and support I need for my machine. And he is still Awesome (and patient!)

I grew up in Muskogee, Oklahoma and currently live in North Carolina. My mother continues to live in Muskogee. I could shop and buy machines many other places. I choose B-Sew Inn Muskogee. The girls are excellent. Raelynn and Brandon the tech both go above and beyond to help me. I have purchased four machines at this store and am completely satisfied. I visit this store every time I visit my mother. It is always an exceptional experience. Thank you so much for taking care of us!!! This store is a trusted family friend!!!!! What a treasure!!!

Initially I was not happy with how the repairs were going on my commercial machine, but representatives from B-sew Inn contacted me and sped the process up. I rely on my machine for my embroidery business so when it was down almost 3 weeks I was starting to get a lot of angry customers. Someone from the head office sent a representative to meet UPS and pick up the part, sent extra people to assist in repairs and also offered to sew a couple of my oldest jobs on their demo machines so my customers wouldn't have to wait anymore. Overall I was happy with the effort they put into getting me back up and running, even if it did have a rocky start.
