I ordered 5 voice gateways. My expedited order arrived ahead of schedule. Their customer service is top notch, seriously. They even called me to make sure everything was good. This is an American-based business with local English-speaking people who actually live here. It definitely makes ALL the difference. I won't buy from anyone else .. not even Amazon. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The internet through Spark was mediocre at best. Their customer service is worse than the internet signal. I canceled the service after 3 years because I finally had internet available to my address (thank you Frontier!). I was told I was required to give a 30 day notice for cancelation AFTER they sent an email on how/where to send the modem, which I did immediately, but that had to pay for an additional month even though I had no modem. To make things even worse, they than charged my credit card for another month after the 30 days. Bottom line: internet was hit & miss, terrible customer service, and overpri ed for the poor signal you get.
Had a battery replaced in my laptop today (10/22/24) the process was no longer than 20mins. It did take a week for the battery to arrive which is understandable, but the staff and service was great. Digging the techie vibe inside as well. Most definitely will return for future services when needed.
