I would like to share that I was looking for something specific for my daughter‘s wedding. I was greeted with a smile by Stephen at the front desk. Paige assisted us as I had many questions and was totally confused about what I needed. Paige grabbed a tape measure. We took some measurements and within 15 minutes. I am on my way out the door, completely satisfied with the customer service, the friendliness of the service and even more than that I think I’ve just made a new friend when it comes to glass/plexiglass or mirrors thank you again for your kind customer service and your amazing attention

We had three broken window panes that needed replacing and decided to try B&P Glass and mirror. I talked to David on the phone and he was very friendly and helpful. I took three window frames that needed a new piece of glass in them down to B&P and David was at the front and helped us again. He was so friendly and helpful and professional that it was such a great experience. He measured the glass and gave us an estimate right then and said we could pay when we picked up the glass. And I must say the price was very reasonable! The glass was supposed to be ready on Friday but it was ready on Thursday instead and David called and we went down there and picked it up and paid exactly what the quote was and he even helped me put them in the back of my car. If you're looking for a place that's friendly, quick, has great prices and is here in Bowling Green right off of industrial drive, then B&P is the best place to go. I strongly recommend!
