I called Brad , because I was nervous about connecting 4 prong dryer cord. Brad showed up in less tham a hr, checked my wiring and was in and out before I knew it. Brad taught me about fire and electrical safety with a new dryer. Im so grateful for this encounter!!! 5 star service!!!

Very good service. Needed a new ice maker for my fridge. He got the part in 2 days and installed it. I recommend them.

Brad was very professional, courteous and efficient both times he came to service our gas stove. The burners would no longer light and the lines were clogged so he cleaned them and they were working again in no time. He also provided good tips on how to maintain them ourselves. We definitely recommend him and we will surely have him back to maintain/fix other appliances as needed.

Brad fixed my boss’s LG dryer in one afternoon, when literally everyone from Lake Appliance to A-Z could not. He is beyond impressive with his timely manner and communication, in despite of being a one-man show. I hope he finds and/or trains some trusted others to grow his business in the future, because Brad is wonderful!

I had the absolute pleasure of having Brad over to look at our dishwasher. He was prompt with his timeline for arrival. He was courteous and professional on the phone, and he was ready to work when he arrived. When he came in, he was calm and pleasant in our house, where we currently have 3 kids under 3. He was friendly with our dog and said "hi" to everyone. Brad got on the floor, looked over our dishwasher, and delivered the unpleasant news that we would need a new one. Our washer has been having some issues, and I chose Brads company solely based on the Google reviews. My dad called Brad and he came same day to look at our washer. He has great knowledge of appliances & had figured out the problem within minutes. Parts had to be ordered and he returned 2 days later to fix the machine. His prices are very reasonable and his work is guaranteed. Very nice and very professional. Highly recommend for any appliance issues/concerns.

Brad provided excellent service. We had a problem with our dryer. I called him at 8 am and he was at our house diagnosing the problem that same day. He was able to turn around and come back to fix the issue the next day. The only reason he wasn’t able to fix it that day was because we needed a special part. When it turned out we needed a rare part he found it quickly and provided excellent communication and pricing to get the job done. I also greatly appreciate that Brad knew how to dismantle our dryer temporarily in the meantime and keep our family safe from an overheating dryer.
