I hired A & Z for a commercial job. Being from Erie, PA, I had no idea what roofers were available around Allen Park, MI. I found them via Google, as well as a few other vendors, but A & Z's bid came in the lowest. Not only that, but the staff was friendly and attentive during the process. After we hired them and they completed the job, Megan in the office made the invoicing process easy for me. Fast forward about two months, we had an issue at the same site (not a roof issue, a siding issue not related to the roof), and when I called Megan in the office, she remembered me by name and remembered the property address. Dean kept me updated on the status of the repairs. A & Z Roofing is friendly and competitive in pricing. Can't get much better than that!

I had a leak in my roof that was causing water damage in my house. I called and talked to a lady who took down all my information and was told I'd get a call back to set up a time for them to look at it and give me a quote. No call, no show. It's now raining in my bathroom. Well done. You deserve a single gold star.
