I had a lot of work done, both inside and out!! Nate and his crew Connor, Kyle, Jeremy and Nick did my foundation repair front and back. And Byron, Gabe and Blaine did my concrete leveling inside. Nate and Byron were in charge and both were happy to answer all my questions. They were also extremely thorough in assessing all aspects and requirements unique to the jobs which resulted in a successful outcome for both projects. All of the guys were very respectful as well. Extremely satisfied and would recommend.
Ayers was great to work with from the beginning. Matt came out, gave a very thorough basement inspection and estimate. We chose what we wanted to do and didn't have to wait weeks to have our project completed. Nate and Keegan replaced 4 windows in the basement in 1 day. They were great with communication throughout the whole process and I appreciate the quality of the work. They were very courteous about an appointment I had to attend towards the end of the day, checking in with me to make sure i would be able to leave on time. Some of the window screens were damaged upon arrival and they they went out of their way to replace the damaged screens the same day. We will be using them again when we are ready to install an egress window.
I just want to give a huge thank you to Adam K. at Ayers Basement Systems. Adam was our salesman and not even part of the production team, which makes this even more impressive. After the production team finished the job, I was still getting water in my basement because some of the pipes were replaced incorrectly. I called Adam while he was out in the field on another job and explained what was going on. He took the time to drive an hour to my house to personally check it out. Once he saw the issue, he went to the hardware store, came back, and fixed everything in about 30 minutes. I haven’t had any issues since. I’m beyond thankful for Adam — he truly went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right.
The original basement water system is great. A+ We had a basement window leaking and paid them to fix our new problem which was not done correctly. It was difficult to set up a time for them to come back. They came a second time and found out it was their third attempt to control the water to go into their system. We had to call again for them to "fix" the paneling that they tore down several times. It looks terrible.
Zac Hale from the Ayers' service team came out ahead of time to review the job. He went through every part of our basement and the outdoor concrete around the house to identify issues of concern. Zac also followed up before and after the job was completed.
Gabe and Byron, from Ayers' operation team, performed the work to stabilize and lift sections of our driveway and garage. The job involved several smaller repairs, including fixing cracks, lifting and leveling, sealing joints, and stabilization.
They did a great job and exceeded my expectations for every part of the work. They even addressed extra bits that I had not expected as well They took extra time to address my concerns and answer all my questions before during and after the work.
My biggest concern was the concrete slabs right next to our house, which were pitching toward the foundation. While they couldn't guarantee a fix, Evan and Byron were able to do a magnificent job gently raising the slabs using the polyLEVEL solution. I would definitely work with the team again and recommend to others
