[EDIT] Although the doors were installed last year, we never even used the shower. I’d hope even after a year, the doors wouldn’t shatter. Would give zero stars if I could We purchased shower glass from ABS back in February 2024. Due to construction delays, we didn’t move in until May 2025. Although the shower door was installed in February 2024, we didn’t move in until recently. A few weeks ago—completely out of nowhere—the glass spontaneously shattered. No one had even used this shower yet, not even once!! And thankfully, no one was home at the time. But imagine if someone had been. My elderly parents live with me. I’d like to believe shower glass wouldn’t just explode if someone slipped or tapped it the wrong way. We reached out to ABS immediately, and their response? “There’s nothing we can do. We don’t know that no one was home. What if someone broke it?” Seriously? First of all, where’s the empathy? Even if someone had broken it, shouldn’t your first question be, “Is everyone okay?” There was zero concern, zero accountability, and zero follow-up. This wasn’t about asking for a refund—we can pay for a new door. It’s the complete lack of professionalism and basic customer service that’s unacceptable. They didn’t offer to investigate, didn’t offer advice, didn’t help clean up the dangerous mess of broken glass, and after a few dismissive texts, they ghosted us. I’m writing this review not to get anything back—but to warn others. If you’re looking for a company that stands behind their work, or simply treats you like a human being, look elsewhere.

I went to the store to see about a door handle, I was greeted by a young lady seated behind the counter, the lady immediately got up and asked me if she could help me looking for anything, during our conversation I mentioned that I needed an entry lock for my house, the young lady answered my questions and showed me to a display close by, I chose the door knob I wanted and again received service with a great smile as I was checking out. The displays are very well put together with a vast number of options for home projects. Lots of parking and the best customer service I’ve seen for a long time.
