The two of them helped us navigate our homeowner's insurance process, remediation and replacement negotiations, and charged a reasonable consulting fee for dealing directly with the insurance inspector. We are delighted by the materials that we selected (again with their input) and with the tile installation after the water damage caused by a shoddy, prior remodel was corrected. Steve and Zack, and all their subs, etc., were great to work with. I instantly knew they were who I wanted to hire the first time they came to our house to check on a shower leak. They redid everything in my bathroom except the toilet (which was new) and cabinets which we had painted and they brought in a designer to pick the color, she was great and I love the color we went with. Steve had suggested we do the shower back wall to the ceiling in the accent tile I had picked for the the shower niche and I'm so glad I decided to go with his great idea. I just love it! They always responded to texts and emails right away and cleaned up very nicely at the end of each day. I have a bathtub shower an the tile work was outstanding. Hire these guys and you can 't go wrong!

Working with Steve and Zach on our bathroom remodel and mold removal was a pleasure. We are very happy with both projects. Their office staff is also very kind, responsive and professional. We particularly appreciated their conscientious oversight of the work progress and willingness to exchange incorrect items sent by the plumbing supplier (supplier’s error). The job was completed at a reasonable price and as scheduled. We would use them in the future for remodel projects.
