These guys have truly top-notch customer service. From my very first call—answered by John—they were incredibly accommodating. Even during a busy holiday week, they managed to get me in for a state inspection (yes, I know…I should’ve scheduled it sooner!) and an oil change. Mike even followed up afterward to check how the truck was running and to make sure we were happy with everything, which really shows how much they care about their customers. One thing that really impressed me was their digital vehicle inspection. They send a link straight to your phone that breaks everything down in a clear, visual format: what’s good, what needs attention soon, and what needs to be fixed. It even includes photos and videos showing exactly what they’re talking about—how things look now vs. how they should look—so nothing is confusing or unclear. I love this because I can easily forward the link to my husband so he can see everything for himself. No guessing, no awkward explanations on my end! They completed my state inspection, oil change, tire rotation, and full digital inspection in just a couple of hours. There’s also a great coffee shop right next door, which made the wait super easy for me and the kids. Speaking of kids—John even gave each of mine a teddy bear, which absolutely made their day. We were so pleased that we already booked another appointment to address a few recommended items, and they’re even loaning us a vehicle since that visit will take all day. Everything—from communication, to pricing, to quality of work—was truly top notch. We’re new to Morgan County, and Auto Tech Services has absolutely earned our trust and our business, not only for our personal vehicles but also for our company vehicles.
