Very trustworthy. I went in ready to buy a new dishwasher after spending half a day tearing apart, cleaning and working on my dishwasher that would not drain. Salesperson at Coleman indicated I did not need a new dishwasher and recommended that I run a half bottle of white vinegar thru wash cycle. WOW! It worked wonders. Saved me the expense of a repair service call or purchasing a new dishwasher. This is the reason, we have bought all our appliances there.
I will not step foot in Coleman Appliance Center again. I had previously bought appliances there but I was ignored when my wife and I entered the store. The salesperson continued to chat with her friend for fifteen minutes until she said she would be with us shortly. Ten minutes later we left and went to Lowe's and bought a refrigerator for a better price and customer service!
We went in to get a quote, prepared to spend several thousands of dollars at this store; The owner never email us back with a quote and wasted a considerable amount of our time. We ended up spending our thousands at Lowes.
