I needed a modern audio/carplay system for a 2006 Highlander SE. After fumbling with an Amazon purchased piece of junk, I went to Sean at Audiowerk based on reviews. He knew exactly what would work in the car, gave me options, and did a stellar job on install and overall process. Very, Very positive experience. Would go back for any car with any audio need.

I would NOT recommend this business to anyone !! If anyone knows about this business should be me I've been dealing with this business since 2008 was my first time . Fast forward to today when I say don't do it Their three brothers with three different shops Bascom the worst The brother on the southside Audio sound Blossom Hill ,Tony both Bascom shop and taking all my money ROBBERY!!!!! LAST BUT NOT LEAST DO TO BAD HISTORY WITH THE OTHER TWO BROTHERS I DIDN'T GIVE THE BROTHER ON STEVEN CREEK A CHANCE!!! THEY DO A HORRIBLE JOB HORRIBLE HORRIBLE !!!!!! WHEN THEY PULLED OUT ALL THE WIRING OUT OF MY CAR YESTERDAY I COULD NOT BELIEVE WHAT THEY DID TO MY CAR!!! PLEASE LISTEN TO ME I HAVE SO MANY PICTURES OF WHAT THEY DID TO MY CAR INSTALLING MUSIC IT'S RIDICULOUS ALL THE MONEY THAT THEY TOOK FROM ME IS CRAZY!!!! EVERY TIME I WENT IN DUE TO MY MUSIC CUTTING OFF I HAD TO BUY SOMETHING ELSE TO MAKE IT BETTER THEY WERE IN MY POCKETS FOR YEARS AND THE WHOLE TIME IT WAS FAULTY WIRING THANK GOD MY CAR DIDN'T CATCH ON FIRE 😥😥😥

The work done to install an after market speaker system on my husband's 2019 Chevy Traverse was done quick and professionally. Sean was great to work with and the price was super affordable. The sound is truly amazing!!! I highly recommend them and I will be back for all of my future needs. Thanks Sean!!!

The shop owner Jonathan is very passionate about car stereos and you can ask everything around car stereos. He installed new Kenwood stereo system, also helped installed led headlights and license plate lights. Very good customer service and reasonable price. They offer services beyond car stereos, just check and ask. Heads up their shop is a little old abd messy but doesn't compromise their good work.
