I’ve had my silver flute since high school, but after years of sitting in storage, it needed serious love 😅 sticky pads, bent keys, and barely playable. I’m 400 miles away, so I was nervous about shipping it out, but a friend connected me with Neil at ATL Pro Winds, and he made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Neil was super communicative and handled everything with care. He kept me updated with what needed to be done, and I could feel how passionate he is about quality repairs. When I got the flute back, I was honestly shocked…it plays better than it did when I was a teenager. The tone is warm, clear, and responsive, and the keys feel like butter. Even from a distance, I felt like I was in good hands the entire time. ATL Pro Winds is legit. If you have an instrument collecting dust or in need of repair, don’t sleep on them. Excellent service and craftsmanship at a very reasonable price! I took my vintage 1976 flute that had been stored away for decades in for a complete overhaul and they did a remarkable job - the flute now looks almost as good as it did the day I got it all those years ago. And, the price was very reasonable, significantly less than a quote I had gotten from another technician. Don't be put off by the modest workshop - it's a good business that works to keep overhead low so that prices are reasonable. Thanks Jon & Neil.

Blown away (no pun intended) by the customer service, expertise and incredible craftsmanship of Neil and Jon. I came in with my 10yo nephew who is interested in joining band. We had heard from a friend that ATL ProWinds was a good place to find affordable starter instruments for beginners, so we stopped by to peruse their selection. We had been to a couple pawn shops but their selections were either totally beat up or out of our price range. I don't play anything so I don't know anything about instruments, but Neil and Jon were really nice and even gave us a tour of their workshop. They also let my nephew try playing a couple instruments, and actually took the time to teach him how he should position his lips to blow the trumpet and clarinet. My nephew hasn't decided on an instrument yet but seeing all the tools and gadgets got him really excited. He's been researching different instruments and we will definitely be back once he makes up his mind!

I haven be playing trumpet, sax and clarinet for over 35 years and doing many gigs in FL, GA and TN. I’ve never had good service from a brass repair shop. This is the best and most reasonable repair shop I’ve ever used. He can fix problems where others just don’t seem to.care and say “not worth it”. Well it’s worth it to me especially when it’s a favorite instrument that means a lot to me. Their work is high quality and the estimates are free. The shop is very clean and well organized like a jewelry shop. Don’t forget to checkout their very nice quality refurbished instruments as well. Give them a call !!!
