Brought in almost 2k worth of equipment was only offer 100 bucks. This place is a rip off, the older gentleman had an attitude when he I guess you would kinda of call it, greeted me. The place felt Luke it had no customer connection. Back when this place was ran by Lee it used to be a great place to come do business. Now it feels like you getting scammed.

I had a great experience the first time I bought a camera from this chain, despite some negative reviews online. I came back with high expectations; however, the salesman was disrespectful and surprisingly unknowledgeable. I found that neither the prices nor the service were up to par. I would highly recommend buying used gear online instead

Purchased a lens through from Cardinal Camera online. They claimed they had the lens ready to ship in 1-2 business days. After a week of not hearing anything from them, I called to see what was up. They said they were out of stock with no idea when it would be in stock. All they could do was offer a refund. Horrible experience

I took my film camera here to be cleaned and serviced because the website lists that as a service they perform. When I took my camera in the man looked at it and said no one will even bother with them anymore and to just count it a loss. I called another camera shop in Enola and they said they regularly service cameras just like mine and are able to do a whole refurbishing on it. The woman sitting behind the counter at this Ephrata shop said it doesn’t even make sense to mess with film anymore.
So I can’t speak to digital camera service, but if you’re looking for help with your film camera, this isn’t the place.

I brought in a lens to see if they could repair it - they said it would be pretty costly and they couldn't do it on-site, so they would need to send it out. They offered to try a more cost-effective route, and with $50 worth of a few pieces, it has a temporary but great fix, which I'm happy with! They didn't try to upsell or steer me in the more costly fix.
