For weeks my kitchen sink had low water pressure. Their specialists team carefully checked the aerator and supply lines. Once cleaned and adjusted, the pressure returned to normal. I appreciate their attention to detail.

The plumber that came to my home was very nice and understanding but the staff that answers the phone are unreasonable. I called to get my portable washing machine hooked up to my kitchen sink so I can wash my clothes and so that it wouldn’t flood. But the plumber said I would need to attach the washer machine to under the sink and I would need some parts I said ok. I was supposed to get a email with the pricing never received it by the way. Then I call the next day and they tried to charge me $1,500.00 dollars. I said that’s way too much and they said the lowest they could go is 1,000 which is still too much. I paid 150 for the plumber to show up and see my sink. This company is no good stay away and call other places that do free consultation so you don’t waste money here.

Hot water stopped suddenly in the middle of the night. I called for emergency help and their tech arrived quickly. He diagnosed the tankless water heater issue, replaced the faulty parts and explained maintenance tips. Now the water heats instantly and I feel completely relieved.
