We had an emergency from a frozen pipe in Mount Vernon and boiler shut down overnight - we went on Angie’s List to find local contractors and one of the contractors was Felix Pipe Repair & Drain…The owner- Mike came almost immediately to assess the work which included replacing pipes, servicing the radiators on all three floors and ensuring that the boiler was operational. Mike and his workers were very professional as the tenants noted and his price was very reasonable. Mike is a keeper, we will continue to use his company and refer him to others. We were not able to be on location and Mike sent videos of his work, sent his invoice and accepted Zelle payments. I had an active leak/flood in be basement. I was in a panic! I referred to Fenix pipe repair by a friend. I called and a gentleman named Mike picked up. I told him my situation and he was at my place within 20 minutes. He turned off the water and repaired the leaking pipe that was in the ceiling of the basement at a very good price!!!! they pumped out and cleaned up my basement. Then return and install a pump in the floor of my basement so if it happens again, water will pump out of my house instead of flooding my house. I got a decent price for that too. Him and his staff were very professional. I would definitely use them again. I highly recommend them.
