I went to purchase a plow and Matt and all the guys in the service department went all out to make sure I got the right one. Through this entire process they all made sure everything was right. Then when it was time to have everything installed. The service department was also fantastic. Extremely nice. Very professional and made you feel at home. I also talked to one of the mechanics and he was very helpful as well. Overall they deserve 100% customer service and satisfaction. I highly recommend Arrow trailers to anyone.

I would 100% recommend this place to anyone!! The people here are super helpful. Had to take my western plow in to get repaired and had it back in less than an hour. The guy working on it showed me what was wrong and taught me a lot about this plow as he was fixing it. I will definitely be coming back!!
