Answered my call immediately! 3. Didn’t rush me off the phone and addressed all my concerns, and more! 4. The most thorough and professional person - thank you so much Eddie! 5. Took the time to educate and advise me on windows, the windows in my home, and preventative measures! 6. Very transparent and honest! 7. Super fast turnaround! 8. Very fair pricing - competitive pricing in the DMV area! 9. And cannot gush enough about how wonderful and professional working with Eddie was - had to mention this again! I reached out to 5-6 other companies and was unfortunately met with no answer, never showed up, requesting a deposit before even seeing my window, and lots of unprofessionalism. No thank you. I would highly recommend them. First, I had a particularly tricky situation. Not your usual request type. I had sliding doors in my basement. I ordered a custom glass panel insert that included a dog door. I had a glazier come out to measure the custom piece before ordering. When it came time to arrive, they were unable to install it. I reached out to nearly 20 companies. Almost everyone turned me down and said they could not provide this service not could they advise me. I even had people tell me it was impossible and not to trust anyone else who said they could do it. Another person told me the company was selling a bad product because this was unheard of. Luckily one person recommended AR glass repair. I called early morning (they are listed as 24/7) and left a voicemail. I received a call back around 8:30am. They followed up again that afternoon and said they could be by later that evening. They arrived promptly and inspected the situation. Immediately they were able to assess and determine how to fix it. Not only did they perform the work, they were able to explain the issues caused by the previous glazier. They explained how they addressed those issues and answered all my questions while providing clear next steps. I am BEYOND grateful. They were so professional and helpful. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone who needs glass repairs. This was excellent service!!!!

I had an amazing experience working with this glass repair company in washington dc. AR came out to give a free estimate. They were on time and very professional. The technician gave me a quote on the spot. After checking with a few other companies, i decided to go with AR and I am very happy I did. They took a 50% down payment and on the day if the installation, I paid the rest. The work was done well and very professionally. I will definitely be calling AR glass repairs for any future glass needs.
