Update- I was pressured to remove my review because he refunded me the $109. He then told me it’s illegal to upload pictures of the technician in my house. Such a bad experience.

I sent the photo of the model and serial number and said which parts needed to be ordered to fix the latch that was broken on my washing machine. I scheduled an appointment, and the tech came out promptly. He was in and out in about 20 minutes, I was very impressed. Pro tip: If you have a front loader washer, don't slam the door closed. Gently close it. He said this time it'll make the latch last longer. It did hold up for 7 years.
