Yuri has successfully repaired our aging washer and dryer in the last few years. On our most recent service call for the washing machine, the repair and labor costs were estimated to be high enough that it (sadly) didn’t make sense to repair the old machine. We very much appreciated Yuri’s transparency and honesty regarding this situation. He even recommended brands for us to buy and kindly told us which ones to avoid!
