Julia was awesome when I called- both times. She was kind, patient, and got us on the schedule promptly. Andrew showed up quickly, and let me know via text his eta. He was professional and knowledgeable. Unfortunately our fix would have cost more than new...but I am grateful for the services we received today.
We were grateful for the quick response and the fact that it was a holiday did not interfere with service delivery. The replacement part came in a week and the technician was flexible to accommodate our schedule. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.
Amazing! Came out two hours after I called about my problem. He diagnosed and fixed it in 30 min after the Thermador tech couldn’t. Very respectful and kind too. Highly recommend!
Had a fantastic experience and will def reach out again if needed! I got the appointment made late on 12/23 for 12/24, which surprised me, that they could do it so quickly w/the holiday. Min cost would be $99 (adjusted as labor for the repair, so not extra) and given window of 10am-1pm. The technician reached out around 10:30am to communicate his arrival time and was on time and done w/in an hour. After taking a good look and doing some tests, determined we needed a new heating element for our dryer. $429 w/tax and all was clearly communicated. I had researched all this ahead of time and knew what the possible solution would be and estimated costs, and saw what he was testing which was exactly what it was most likely to be, so no surprises. Much cheaper than buying a new dryer! THANK YOU SO MUCH! MERRY CHRISTMAS!
Excellent experience! They were able to get us in for a washing machine deep clean immediately and replace our door boot gasket! They also found our bearing was bad and were able to get the part in quick and finish putting our washing machine back together next day. Everything smells fresh and clean! We are very satisfied with the whole experience!
