You can't put a price on a person's character. Especially in this day and age. There are plenty of actors on the stage. It's not everyday your appliances go out. Unlike a family doctor that you can turn to throughout your lifetime. Most of us don't know who to turn to when searching for a repairman in a sea of names. By chance, I met Taylor from Appliance Repair Now in a supply house as I was attempting to repair my "feature packed" fridge myself. As I was at the counter the sales person referred me to Taylor that was also in line. His willingness to help has been tremendous since then and saved me hours of guess work, when he didn't have to. I'm very appreciative. The sales person said that Taylor from Appliance Repair Now has over 20yrs experience. I would prefer to support a small business with people of good character, than to use a big business with strangers coming in to my home. I wouldn't hesitate to leave my key under the mat.. I can’t say enough good things about Taylor. I called to ask if he could repair my dishwasher and explained what was going on. Within seconds, he accurately identified the issue over the phone and told me exactly how to fix it. Instead of just taking my money, he walked me through the repair and even gave me directions to where I could buy the part myself. This is the kind of honest, old-school customer service that actually makes you take the time to write a review. I’ve used him before as well—he repaired my washing machine over two years ago, and it’s still running great. Knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely helpful. Highly recommend

We were having issues with our dryer and I was calling around for repair service. Taylor and Chole at Appliance Repair were more than helpful. They suggested as to what my issue could be even before coming here and charging me service fee. With the help of their guidance I was able to resolve the issue myself. And they did this all free over text msg and phone. I would highly recommend them. And would call them for any and all repairs at our home.
