Our dryer needed repair fast. Vlad reached out as soon as I sent the message out that I needed help. Vlad was at my house within 15 minutes. Vlad diagnosed the problem, had the part, and repaired it. He even offers a 6 month warranty on his work. I will be hiring Vlad again shall I need any appliance repair. Thanks Vlad!!
The gentleman that came he was very courteous and respectful. He repaired the washer and the dryer. I don’t know what he charged because my son paid for the service, but they had agreed upon the amount the day before so I assume it was the same price but anyway he’s a respectful young man. I asked for cards to pass out and I told him I would put them out at the office and which I will and I would give you guys.
Excellent service. Very professional, punctual and did an excellent job in repairing my dryer. He took the whole dryer apart. Inspected everything. Replaced what was needed and put it all together. He did not leave the job site till he made sure the dryer was operating properly Highly recommend them and will use them again in the future if needed
Vlad responded very quickly to my inquiry an d arrived on time for all appts. He was professional and friendly. He showed me what was causing the rattle in my dryer, explained the condition and what the repair entailed, and gave me the price. When he installed the new parts, he cleaned out the dryer before reassembling it and cleaned the work area.
Alex was very kind and able to get to me the same day. Alex was really helpful in his explanation of what happened and why. The price for the service and part was very reasonable. Alex definitely gets an A+ for customer service and job well done. I highly recommend appliance repair Cowboys.
