Dont buy a appliance from this company. They installed a commercial grade washing machine in our house that doesn’t function correctly. It foams everywhere when it discharges because its commercial grade. The company speed queen even says it can not be installed in a residential property. He refused to make the situation right. Buyers be aware.

Kevin and Lisa are amazing. Kevin is always on time and Lisa is very responsive to communication. Pricing is very transparent and scheduling service is very timely and flexible. 5 stars is not enough.

Kevin was able to come on very short notice to service the machine that they installed for me last year. We love our Speed Queen! It was making a funny noise and I was able to send an audio clip to them so they knew just what to listen for. Even though my machine did not make the sound when he came to check it out, they gave me a 30 day service warranty so that if I heard the sound again, they would come back without another charge to check it out! That afternoon, as I did a load of towels, there was the sound again. I called Lisa and she got me right back on the schedule with no hesitation. Kevin and Lisa have been a blessing to our family in several crisis situations with appliances, usually right before family is coming into town to visit, and always interact with such high professional standards and great mercy for our situation. Kevin always takes the time to explain things to my children and both have been so kind to us over the years. I am thankful to have the Appliance Repair Co to call upon!
