Bought a sharp dishwasher from them first of January. 3 weeks later gives error code. Appliance pro has sharp call and asked an 88 years old woman to crawl underneath to check connections. Not going to happen. We requested a service call and have had nothing but “will call you back”. Which doesn’t happen. The authorized sharp repair center, BR out of Berea will not respond either after multiple messages. We have used AP Pro many years and certainly did not expect this lack of service, or at least help getting it. Beware if you need after sales service.
