I'm a completely satisfied customer. I called Appliance Magic and received service the same day. It was really like Magic. The Tech Vincent was Awesome! He was so professional, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and patient. He diagnosed my gas dryer concern with Precision. Once Vincent found the issue, he left to go the part for my old Maytag gas dryer and was back in minutes. Once he returned he Magically installed the part, cleaned out the dryer vents and put the washer and dryer back in place. What a relief. I feel like Appliance Magic was God sent. ....And with all this their price was very reasonable. I just can't say enough about Vincent. He is a great asset to Appliance Magic. I highly recommend Appliance Magic. I want use anyone else in the future for my Appliance repairs but Appliance Magic. Thanks so much guys, I really appreciate it. 🙏🏾

Great work! The dishwasher drying cycle had quit working. The technician, John came out and found the problem. Appliance Magic even had the part we needed on hand, so John installed the part later that same afternoon and all is well again! These folks have our business from now on.

Great experience with these folks. Called at 10am and they were in my condo by noon. Checked everything out and recommended that I get a new fridge instead of wasting money on a repair that might not work. I was really impressed with the honesty. Highly recommend this company and my service tech, John.
