Excellent job with installation of water heater. technician was very helpful in explaining what my options were and the price of my different choices, because of my old water heater catching on fire he recommended I contact a certified electrician to ensure I didn't have more problems than an old water heater. I have used this business in the past and was very satisfied with their job then as I am now. I would highly recommend this business.
Mr ROOTER plumbing did a outstanding job.They responded to my needs the same day I contacted them.The repair was done the next day and completed.Charlie and his helper showed the highest level of professionalism throughout the job.

I would like to place a repair call regarding the pressure release valve on my hot water tank. Anthony Stone with Mr. Rooter came out and provided exceptional service. He was extremely professional and clearly explained what was needed, including the adjustments required for my hot water heater. He replaced the PRV and installed the additional piping that should have been included when the tank was originally installed. I truly appreciated how quickly Mr. Rooter responded, especially given my last‑minute request, and the promptness in sending someone out to complete the repairs. Thank you for the quality service and professionalism.
My husband was in the hospital for 2 days and I came home at 4 p.m. to feed out pets. I found my backyard flooded and it sounded like a waterfall under my house. I had no water inside of my house. Not only did the 2 gentleman arrive within 30 minutes, but they had the broken pipe fixed in less than 15 minutes. I have no complaints about anything. They were very well-mannered, polite, and trustworthy as I was home alone.
