My dishwasher was leaking and my ice maker in my fridge is shot. The tech came out the first time to diagnose the issues. He was very friendly and figured out what the issue was. He came back several days later after the parts arrived. My card was charged around $700. Both appliances are still having issues. The planel under the dishwasher is making contact with the door when you open or close it and my ice maker still doesn't work. Trying to get them to come back to fix this has been challenging. They dont always pick up the phone and when they're scheduled to come back out, like they were yesterday, they no-showed and never contacted me. This is getting pretty frustrating. UPDATE: The tech came back out and fixed the issues. Changing review from 1 star to 3.
