Apple West Town Mall

What a Super Experience at the West Town Mall Apple Store. My wife’s iPhone was toast…we thought. Black screen…unable to use at all. We made an appointment …got there early and in 14 minutes we were out. The technician that assisted us was Excellent, courteous and so very knowledgeable. Explained what was wrong and in a blink he was done. We were ready to purchase a new iPhone if necessary..but was able to retrieve hers from death row. My advice..never..never enter Accessibility without knowing exactly what you are doing..we didn’t..

In-store experience is usually pretty good, but I have to say I'm extremely unhappy after mine today. I bought a new phone and the technician assured me I would be able to set up my phone on my own. I turned my old phone in for trade at the store. I have been spinning in circles for 2 hours trying to set the phone up and there is no way past the verification screen for my carrier to verify my identity (through sending a text to my phone which I turned in to the store) without now having to go into a physical T Mobile store for them to clear this screen. I'm leaving the country today and thankfully found a store close to the airport so I can do this and actually have a phone on my vacation. This is COMPLETELY unnecessary and should not have happened.
