Rude, abrupt, don't provide the effort required to make a well-informed purchase. Their discounted price wasn't near the much lower price at Home Depot.

If I could give Apache Appliance zero stars, I would. I purchased a Speed Queen washer and dryer from them in June of last year. When the dryer light went out, I submitted a warranty claim. The technician arrived, and not only failed to fix the issue, but made things worse—he took a separate but critical internal part of the dryer with him, making it completely inoperable. He then knowingly asked if the dryer was working prior to his arrival, fully aware that he was the reason it wasn't now working! When I discovered this, I called the co-owner, who admitted the part was broken by the tech and had been taken—but offered no help beyond telling me to go to a laundromat. When I asked if they'd reimburse me, I was told “it’s not our problem,” and that the issue was between me and the technician (whom I wasn’t even allowed to contact). When we went to the store to try and resolve the issue, the co-owner became defensive and asked my wife to leave. Bottom line: maliciously dishonest, zero accountability, and horrendous customer service. Avoid this business at all costs.
IN RESPONSE TO THE APACHE COMMENT BELOW: Timing was never the issue. The problem is that their technician lied to my face, removed a critical part from my dryer without telling me, and made it inoperable. When I discovered this and called the co-owner, I was told the technician breaking the part was “not their problem,” and they offered no resolution besides suggesting I “go to a laundromat.” When my wife went to the store to try and get clarity, the co-owner confirmed the part was broken and removed, then told her to leave the store instead of making it right. Their response here shows no accountability, no apology, and misrepresents the issue entirely. We've reported the incident to the Better Business Bureau. This wasn’t about “unreasonable expectations”, it was about basic honesty, ownership, and customer service. Apache failed on all counts.
I have been purchasing from Apache for thirty plus years. No more. Most recently purchased a dishwasher and the Apache representative that installed the appliance acted like he was doing me a huge favor. He did not vacuum the area prior to installing the new dish washer and he basically had an attitude. Secondly, I am not interested in hearing the store employee’s opinions about Donald Trump. After thirty years of going to Apache, I will NOT return.
