I couldn’t be happier! My computer died right before the holidays and Sergio with PCRx was able to get me logged back into my accounts quick fast and in a hurry. Not to mention this was accomplished on Christmas Eve! The timeliness and professionalism were/are out of this world. Thanks again to Sergio at PCRx for a wonderful job!

5+ stars Sergio is knowledgeable and very helpful. I thought it was going to be a big deal and it was going to be dificult to surpise my son if i had to take his pc somewhere. Sergio made it easy. Outstanding! Josh, the technician I worked with is fantastic. His knowledge and skill level is phenomenal. I needed a new computer bc mine was 10 years old. Josh was able to capture all my data and put on a thumb drive. I ordered a new computer from Pcrx because they will set it up for use. The price of a new computer was comparable to other stores, but the benefits are that you have a person (competent) that can answer questions you might have. Highly recommend Pcrx!

The BEST! Two young guys, one of whom was leaving for lunch & stopped to help out, diagnosed my mouse issue in a matter of minutes! My husband and I had struggled at home off & on for days to figure it out! Great business…great service!
