Anything Asphalt Driveway Services

We hired Anything Asphalt to mill & re-pave our driveway and had to have the crew come out again for patch up work. Unfortunately, it was a terrible job, making my old asphalt look pretty good. This company subs out and although the crew was polite and amiable, it doesn’t make up for poor quality workmanship and material. We didn’t park any cars on the driveway for 10 days, yet our vehicle made tire marks upon standing still and there are dips up & down the driveway. Although you can’t see these issues in daylight, I took a nighttime photo where a reflection from a car shows all the imperfections. I would not recommend this company as the cost of approximately $3,800 wasn’t worth it! Follow up… The new photos show how the asphalt is sinking. I contacted the company again and received no answer. Be cautious if you plan to use this company and I repeat…they sub out. Follow up… My asphalt is now cracking after 2 years.

I gave three stars due to mixed feelings. First, when I called the ladies answering the phone are very nice. Subsequently, Jeromy came to the house and provided a decent quote so I signed with them. After the permit process, they scheduled the job quickly. The crew showed up to dig the driveway and were also very nice. Unfortunately I was assured I didn’t need to be home during the installation and I wasn’t due to being out of town; however I was home for some of it. My water hose (which I pay for) needed to be used for the concrete sidewalk and for rolling the asphalt. I didn’t notice (or observe) anywhere in the price where I would have to fund the water used for the job. After returning, the driveway is more like ocean waves on the edges than a normal curved driveway. When I got back, on my own I had to ask about parking on it. I was never originally told I couldn’t park on it for 5-7 days nor did I receive instructions. After asking on my own once it was done, I received email instructions. Several times now we’ve had grass growing through the asphalt, who would’ve thought that could happen. First, I requested through Jeromy that the crew return, to correct that, which they did with a torch when I wasn’t home. A month or so Later on, it happed again so I called the office and the nice ladies informed me that the crew would call me to schedule before them came by. They did not (don’t expect anyone to call you before they arrive unless it’s Jeromy trying to give you quote and to sign with them) and I observed them on the cameras doing it. It happened a third time with the grass growing through the asphalt, and I emailed Jeromy to inform him and have the crew come back and I haven’t heard back. This time in the email I told him I had to be here to observe the work so could be why I didn’t get a response. The water also pools due to the pitch of the driveway between the sidewalk and the street. Ultimately the permit got done, the work got done but maybe C level work. C level follow up. Hence the 3 of 5 stars.

CAUTION ***DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY***** I hired this driveway contractor to resurface my driveway, guys showed up did the job I was told to stay of the driveway for 7 days I pushed it to 10 days to be safe. After the 10 days i parked my vehicles and I notice something was not right! I have 5 vehicles constantly going in and out and Now there it’s tire marks all over the driveway!!!! With sunken parts where the car tires rest over night!its looks Horrible I contacted this people back Samantha & Jeromy Rodgers they assured me some one will come out to oversee the problems and that a repair will be done Three weeks later they completely went Ghost on me won’t answer phone calls or Text Messages. Save your self the trouble and STAY AWAY FROM THIS PEOPLE. THEY DONT HAVE PROPER EQUIPMENT AND WiLL RUINED YOUR DRIVEWAY!!!!!!
