Honestly, I cannot say enough good things about this place! Annie and Al both helped us with our sale, and they were super friendly and knowledgeable. We bought a refrigerator and an awesome recliner chair ! We drove an hour and a half from Florence Alabama and feel like we got a killer deal!! The refrigerator that we bought for $600 was on sale at Lowe’s for 1399!!! These two definitely know how to provide value! Highly recommend!
We were referred to Annie & Al's by a friend who recommended them highly. We purchased an all-in-one washer/dryer combo for a great price. Once it was delivered and installed, there was a small issue, which I reported to the delivery tech (who was also very professional and efficient), Annie called me before I could even call them and set up a time to have it repaired. Al came out and had it running in no time. Great service, great prices and highly recommended. Thanks!
Alex and crew are VERY professional, will definitely purchase appliances from them from now on. Prices are very affordable and go above and beyond with customer service and communication. Everyone was very helpful down to the delivery drivers (Shawn).
These Rocket City rock stars are killing it! Had us all lined up with a new fridge, dryer, and washer. Got us in our budget and the new gear looks good. Delivery guy was super speedy and did a great job as well. He’s a really busy guy, so be patient and you’ll get great delivery and install service.
