Family oriented, the guy who greeted me was courteous and straight to the point. The young lady who waited on me when my repairs were finished, was customer-driven and even gave me the opportunity to plug my machine in and test it before I exited the shop. I've had other vacuums serviced at other places, but she was the first ask me if I wanted to plug it in and test it on their rug. To me this was a step above what repair shops generally do! I'm very pleased and will take my vacuum back for servicing should the need arise. Thanks Marilyn

Great place! Been going there for years. So sorry to hear Sue passed away. They said she had been there over 20 years. Great lady to work with. Always good service repairs and great deals on new vacuums. Highly recommend American Vacuum.
