I have been doing business with Kendall for over ten years and have referred many people to him because of his skill, trustworthiness, and dependability. There is no other shop in KC I trust like auto tech so we will not take our cars anywhere else.
Kendall is just all around an awesome guy. He's timely and straight forward, and just an honest mechanic. My family have been taking cars to him for at least 20 years, and he's always done us right. He'll explain what's wrong or needs to be repaired and lay out the costs. I've had work done by other mechanics, but always feel like I'm treated right when I take my car to auto tech. Stand up business run by stand up folks.
Kendall and his team provide excellent service at the best price around. And after being a regular customer for ~15 years, I trust them to only recommend work that's really needed in my car's best interest. What more could you ask for?
Easily the best auto repair shop around. Have been going here for a decade and will continue to get my cars repaired here. Kendall is very honest tells ya what you need and what can wait. Prices are very good compared to other places. Not sure how this place gets less than 5 stars.
I will be a repeat customer for years to come. They are reasonably priced, honest, and stand behind their work. I recently had my car in for service, and I had some questions about the compressor that was replaced. Kendall was patient and explained what had been fixed and made sure the system was cooling properly, took temps, and most importantly took the time to explain to me how the system works so I understood. I appreciate that there are still shops like this out there who care about getting the job right at a reasonable cost, and most of all care about their customer.
