I have been a Property Manager at Crescent Condominium for 16 years, I have such a great experience with Jamal ( American Pest). Jamal is always friendly, professional & extremely thorough. You can always tell he cares about his work as he is consistent & reliable, we always see excellent results. It's such a relief knowing we are in good hands with Jamal. I highly recommend Jamal!

I had an outstanding experience with American Pest from start to finish. Jamey Drinnon was incredibly responsive to all of our questions via email, and his help was honestly the reason we felt confident enough to sign up for their yearly contract. The service today was just as great. Christian and Thomas were professional, friendly, and really thorough with the installation. They took the time to walk me through exactly which areas my dog and I needed to avoid for a few hours to make sure we stayed safe while the treatment settled. To top it off, they truly went above and beyond by helping recover my neighbor's dog that had escaped from their backyard! These days, it’s rare to find people who still take such genuine pride in their work and show this kind of character. They are excellent professionals and even better people. It was a pleasure doing business with them and I can’t recommend them enough.

Thomas and Christian were extremely professional and thorough. They inspected the entire house offered additional services, but did not pressure them. Great communication and customer service! I highly recommend American Pest.

We had our regular service today from American Pest. As always it was excellent! We had Garfield Lamey come out as usual. He always does an excellent job and makes us feel very confident in his recommendations, which have been spot on repeatedly!!! We originally were referred by our neighbor who was very happy with American Pest, after trying to get estimates from a number of other places that we were not happy with. After several years, we're very confident that we made the right choice, and I always recommend American Pest to my friends and coworkers!

We had American Pest come in and do an inspection for us and they sent out Thomas who was outstanding! He discovered stuff that our WDI home inspector did not! He was able to educate us on several methods pest control companies use and how American Pest differs! Given his thoroughness, it gave us confidence to go with American Pest, in particular, Thomas! During the initial treatment, we received the same level of professionalism and thoroughness, with Thomas sharing details on every step he was performing, what was installed and where it was installed, how it all worked! Lastly, he took great care keeping our home clean after every area he was in! I look forward to having him take care of our pest concerns going forward!
