Purely professional. Everything went smoothly. Tim Moore, the estimator and technician, did excellent work for us in an apparently smoothly operating business. I was looking for a professional to both help us with a natural gas house project and educate me as a home owner about it. Tim was a great fit for that. Tim and Always A Sweep communicated clearly and consistently throughout the process. They were responsive to inquiries and appropriate in their communications. They were even willing to come back for a follow up pressure check that couldn’t get done at the first visit because of a gauge that stopped working during the installation. Joshua came with Tim for both the estimate and follow up pressure check and was enjoyable to work with as well. Tim coordinated with me during the project to help locate parts particular to our somewhat unique project. That project was installing fittings to both our natural gas line and portable generator hose. All went smoothly with creative and appropriate installation of tees for configuration, lockable ball valves for added safety, a quick disconnect pair at gas line and generator hose, and an adaptor fitting for my generator hose. It was a good experience for me overall, and I learned from it what I wanted to learn. Always A Sweep was not the lowest bid for the job. But they communicated well, Tim demonstrated his technical proficiency at the estimate (and during the job), and I felt comfortable with him doing the work. So they won the job. The ultimate outcome was achieved as well, with us now set up for natural gas use in our trifuel generator if we lose power again. (No gasoline nor propane runs! Yay!) My partner and I are both pleased with the outcome of this work. We would not hesitate to work with Tim & Always A Sweep again. Review submitted 2025 Oct 8 Tuesday.
