We got stranded on i75 near Gainesville and had our car Towed here. Bill runs a family owned business, they are very knowledgeable about transmissions, they took the time to run a diagnosis on our vehicle, and explain what our options were. Bill goes above and beyond to make you feel at home, and will go the extra mile to ensure you get a fair quote. Although we didn’t get our car fixed here, Bill let us keep the car there overnight and was just really cool about everything!
I drive so so much so getting my passenger door fixed here was everything I could’ve ever asked for! Bill handled my car with such great care and now it’s like brand new. Couldn’t recommend getting any of your auto repairs done here more!
Extremely professional and welcoming repair shop! I'm very thankful I was fit in both times my car needed service unexpectedly. I think the prices are fair as well. As a woman, I didn't feel intimidated coming in, as Bill is very friendly and good at explaining what issues are and why/how they happen. I will be coming here for any future vehicle needs.
Absolutely the worst service ever! I spent over $6,000 for a transmission that clearly was never installed correctly. However, Bill strung me along for over 7 months giving me the impression that he was doing everything he could to remedy the issue with my transmission. My vehicle ran worst then when I brought it in. I eventually had to trade my vehicle in for half the price due to the extremely unsafe transmission condition of my vehicle. I almost had two car accidents due to my transmission slipping out of gear while driving after Bill claimed to have repaired my vehicle. He had me bring my vehicle back to him 5 different times to fix the problem and he still never completely repaired my vehicle! I would strongly suggest you seek your auto repairs elsewhere, especially transmissions! .
My 2014 Journey just rolled over to 100,000 miles. Now I figured I had some more time left/miles. Well no. Took her to Mr. Bill...rebuilt the Trans, new spark plugs, new filters all. New brakes and calipers. New car you say...did not want the payments. Mr. Bill was very informative and also stated I am to bring her in after 200 miles to make sure everything is working properly. I called incessantly but he was always nice and understanding. They are super busy. Bill's Low-Cost Transmission was recommended by 2 mechanic friends. I will recommend for sure. If you have major problems like me...it will take awhile. So be patient 😌. Thanks Bill 😊
