We found Al's through the inspection company insurance sent out after hurricane Helene. We have an older boiler/baseboard heater system which is rare for South Carolina and there aren't many tech in this area that work on them. Al diagnosed and fixed a part that needed to be replaced due to a power surge. He also quickly figured out why one of our thermostats wasn't communicating with the boiler- we've had several other HVAC companies that wanted to charge hefty fees to even look into this problem. He came over a few times and checked up on us to make sure everything was working. If we have any hvac issues in the future Al will be the first person I call.
