I was able to get an appointment quickly but they changed the time and sent the technician to my home at a time I couldn't be there. I felt horrible for him. I love that he showed me a couple of options to fix my issue and he showed me what each option would cost me. I was able to make a sound decision that I was comfortable paying. He was able to do the repair quickly and had all the equipment on his truck.
My garage door was hanging off the tracks on my car, after a mistake. Access Garage, Tyler Alewine and Ernest, came out the next day, evaluated the issue, and got my door replaced the next morning. They did a great job, cannot recommend them enough.
Access Garage really did a great job for me. Same day service and very professional and kind. I had an older garage door that the opener was giving me trouble. The technician worked hard trying to repair it, but after seeing the issues, he explained my options clearly. I appreciated that he didn’t pressure me, just gave me honest advice. I decided to go ahead and replace it, and I’m glad I did. The new garage door opener works perfectly. Good service, fair price, and professional attitude. I’d recommend them highly. Scott did a great job working under very hot conditions. I appreciate Access Garage for getting my garage working again!
