We had them come out and give us an estimate on siding & window work and the quote was exceptionally high like many other people. We didn’t’ end up going with them because we had questions about the quote but they would not return our calls/attempts to reach out to discuss the quote after the estimate they gave. I’m not sure if they just did not want to do the work or what happened with the outrageous quote but the lack of communication was unprofessional and disappointing.

We contracted them to replace our 1983 vintage windows with new hurricane rated windows and could not be more pleased with he result. Our installation was a little more than just replacement in kind requiring opening up a larger holes in the brick veneer and reframing the space. Once finished the brick work was restored to original. The work crew we had was hard working and efficient cleaning up as they went along. They left our home as they found it...excluding the old windows. We highly recommend Manuel and Alpha & Omega.

Needed ceiling crack repairs done in the kitchen, laundry and master bedroom. From the estimate to the finished product, Mr. Chavarria and his crew were professional, diligent and top-notch. They even made repairs to other issues that popped up, and did it all at a fair and reasonable price. Also, the work areas were contained throughout the process, so clean up was minimal. Can’t thank them enough for doing such a great job! Greatly appreciate it!!

When 1st getting a quote for siding replacement, Manuel seemed very professional, although he did talk over me. A&O's price was much higher than other quotes but I wanted quality, so trusted them to do the work. I regret it. The work was slow and sloppy. Rotten wood was just covered up with calk and trim. I had to stop them on multiple occasions to take care of those places I could see. Who knows what was covered before I noticed. I had to clean up after the yard after the crew left daily (trash, construction debri, cups, cigarette butts) My roof was left pock marked from wood nailed through it instead of proper roof Jack's being used. Some of the panels were cut short and left that way. A vent was broken by them and left broken. Half the nails are not all the way in and others sunk deep without calking before paint. The communication was terrible. I will give props to the Painter for being patient with my color decisions but the work was messy and I'm still touching up missed spots. I was told by both a worker and Manuel that the 20+ black tar spots on my roof and the broken vent would be fixed. They were not. He was very prompt on insisting on payment though, before the paint was even dry! I was also promised and paid for a wind storm inspection and have been told by TWIA that nothing has been submitted. Contract was signed in July. 2 months is long enough for them to have something in process. There is more, but you get the point. Look elsewhere.
