Aire Serv of Corpus Christi

We had our air ducts cleaned and HVAC serviced and had a great experience. Hasib handled the consultation, took photos, explained everything clearly, and got us scheduled quickly. On service day, Taylor and Dalen spent the entire day working and were extremely thorough. Our layout is large and spread out, but they cleaned, sanitized, sealed, and caulked every vent, then serviced the HVAC inside and out. We had our HVAC and ductwork installed 8 years ago by Aire Serv and the service was excellent. This time when I called they sent Taylor B out the same day. He was on time, listened to my concerns and spend a significant time investigating my concerns. He took and videos and pictures and sat down with me and explained the outcome of his investigation and put me at ease. I cannot express how personable, knowledgeable, and what a great listener Taylor was. If you need service I highly recommend Aire Serv and ask for Taylor. Their yearly maintenence plan is reasonable also.

Kevin has been to our house a couple of times and is very thorough, polite, and professional. We appreciate him taking the time to explain what he's seeing, potential issues, and plans for repair/maintenance. Aire Serve has been great, especially when we lost heat on the coldest day of the year.
