Great shop, called the store to inquire about parts and labor cost to replace a psu board on my samsung series 7 since out of nowhere one day it wouldn’t turn on, was just stuck in a boot loading cycle. Thought I had correctly troubleshooted the issue following online tutorials and schematics but turns out it was a bad backlight. Walked me through the process on what to unplug over the phone and after diagnosing the backlight issue, even helped me search for extended warranty with the serial number of the TV. Unfortunately the TV is junk now since the cost to fix would rival what I paid for it new, but I will make sure to stop by and purchase something just to support the business. Extremely extremely honest repair shop, highly recommend going with this one!!!!!
